Terms and Conditions for Site and Product Use
By visiting this site, purchasing or using products or Training offered by Dynamic Live, Doveman Group, Doveman group, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. All Training Subscriptions are considered final due to the nature of software licenses, digital downloads, live instruction and proprietary methods taught. No refunds. Doveman Group, has the right to refuse any customer for any reason. All instruction, signals and advice supplied by Doveman Group representatives or software is to be used at your own risk. Day trading is inherently risky, as it involves unlimited profit and loss. Doveman Group cannot be held accountable for any loss or other financial damages. Course material may not be resold, duplicated, copied or shared in any way (digitally or physically). Such sharing is subject to criminal penalties and terminates all licenses you hold with Doveman Group. Agreeing to these Terms and Conditions also concedes agreement to the Government Required Disclaimer and CFTC Rule 4.41 listed at the bottom of this page.
If you are experiencing difficulty with one of our Super Power Trading, there is a chance that you’re not implementing the method correctly. Please contact us at trading@dynamiclive.inso we may assist you.
Refunds are NOT offered for the following products for the following reasons:
- Dynamic live © Software – a software solution with a predefined one year or lifetime license
- Private Mentorship Program – eight weeks of live, interactive personal training, includes all Dynamic products and Training, methods and support after completion Super Power Trading video Course – a physically mailed course that contains few educational Materils and DVDs, eight weeks of live, interactive personal training and a color training workbook .
- The Trade Scalper – the method is taught in its entirety and refunds are not offered because the method is learned
